I would like to be able to trigger SMSs to be sent based on some automation with Process Builder or Workflows. Something similar to a transactional email where a template can be used with placeholders.

Currently we are planning to do add our SMS functionality in Process builder.

Waiting for the estimation of work and requirements then we can proceed building.
