Currently you keep this information for 4 month. I would like to be able to adjust this to x days in my account to full fill gdpr requirements of my clients.

I would find very useful to be able to give my Airbnb guests an email address (you provide) or sms number (you provide) to receive messages Teo trigger a specific action. In my case opening a remote lock to enter an apartment. Would that be possible?

instead of using device timezone, use selected timezone and show it clearly in the scheduling page which timezone is being used and when it's scheduled before getting to confirmation page

In case of long URLs, the enabled check goes way off to the end. Moving that check to the left side would make it so that it doesn't get missed.

I'd love to adjust the Main Dashboard. Right now it's only showing sms inbound/outbound and voice. But we mainly use MMS. So we would love the option to adjust the view on the dashboard. Thank you!

Please allow me to select multiple keywords to exclude from a reply message or allow me to add multiple line of criteria for a single rule to trigger. I am unable to construct a reply tree to disseminate information to my crew without everyone seeing the 'welcome' message with every reply

In the dashboard it would be great to see the statistics of combined sub accounts (SMS) and maybe a piechart of the individual sub accounts

It would be useful if main account's dashboard shows total sms usage of all subaccounts, and a pie chart of usage from each subaccount.
