Add a feature to the SMS Messenger interface in ClickSend that displays all SMS communications, regardless of whether they were sent via Quick Send, the Messenger, or even email-to-SMS. This ensures a unified view of all SMS activity in one place, making it easy to track and manage all SMS interactions with contacts. Key Benefit: Streamlines communication by allowing users to see all sent and received SMS messages in one central interface.

I currently have a rule which sends any incoming messages to my email. Which I can then reply via my email to there cell. I have 2 phone numbers... How can I make it reply using my correct phone number when replying via email? For example if i send a message using my phone number +xxxxxxxxx2472, and then receive a response to my email, and then I respond via my email, it should send a response using the same +xxxxxxxxxx2472 number. Likewise if i send a message using my phone number +xxxxxxxxx0894, and then receive a response to my email, and then I respond via my email, it should send a response using the same +xxxxxxxxxxx0894 number.

I would like to be able to use the API to monitor for inbound MMS and Fax. Once the API detects an MMS or Fax has been received, I need to be able to download the media received for either so I can make it available in our CRM.

When sending individual SMS, a template placeholder will only work from Messenger but not the Quick SMs feature. This is absurd and needs to be fixed.

As the account owner (admin), it would be great to have control over the subaccount schedule messages. At this moment ONLY the subaccount's can cancel the schedule SMS created. The account owner (admin) is not able to.

Hello ClickSend Team, I would like to propose several features that could significantly enhance the efficiency of using your platform, especially for users managing large contact folders. Here are my suggestions: -- Select All Contacts at Once: Please implement a feature that allows us to select all contacts in a folder at once, rather than having to select 100, scroll, and repeat this process multiple times. -- Cross-Filter Contact Folders for Duplicates: Adding the ability to cross-filter contact folders to identify duplicates would be extremely beneficial. -- Preview Duplicates Before Deleting: Similar to the pop-up that appears when messaging an unsubscribed country, it would be helpful to show duplicates before we confirm deletion. -- Opt-Out Field for Disconnected Numbers: When a text is sent to a disconnected number and it shows as failed, can these contacts have their own opt-out field? Currently, I have to export them and manually add them to the opt-out folder. -- Access Profile from Messenger Tab: It would streamline the process if we could view a person's profile directly from the Messenger tab, rather than having to exit and search for their contact information. -- Text Alternate Numbers from Custom Strings: Allowing us to text an alternate number stored in the person’s profile would be helpful, especially if the primary number fails or is incorrect. -- Fix Glitches in the Messenger Option: The Messenger feature is often glitchy, making it difficult to scroll through messages. Improving the performance here would greatly enhance user experience. -- Transfer Contacts Directly from Messenger Screen: It would save a lot of time if we could transfer contacts directly from the Messenger screen to the opt-out list when a contact responds with variations of "stop" or "no." -- Transfer Contacts to Other Folders: Implementing the ability to transfer contacts from the Messenger screen to other folders, such as Immediate Follow-Up or Future Follow-Up, would be amazing. -- Notification for New Messages: Introducing push notifications for new messages on both phone and laptop would be a great addition. I have seen other texting platforms successfully implement these features, and I believe they would make a significant difference in efficiency for ClickSend users. A way of inserting predefined text into an SMS - rather like autotext.

If c person replies with an image, it gets converted into a link that needs to be clicked before the image can be viewed. It would be nice if the reply would just show up in the MMS History section as an image as well do we don't have to click on the links. Use Case: We sent a text blast to around 800 contacts asking them for a picture of their bike. Here's the exact text blast we sent. It would be nice if the pictures are visible right away by going to the MMS history instead of clicking on so many links to view the images.

It would be great to be able to add a person to one contact list and when you do they are removed off another one. Automating that process would be great!
