Hi there, I think that ClickSend should allow Text Threads to be put into folders, or at the very least, put into an Archive Folder. This would be useful for instances where a person gets a new mobile number and we need to avoid accidently messaging the old number from the old thread that still sits there.

The goal is to add a photo for when the customer receives an SMS there is the photo of the sender (logo, face or other)

I would love to be able to add someone into the contacts directly from a received or sent text message, and that the system recognize duplicated phone numbers and merges them as one. I received a text from someone and when i added them as a contact and i started communicating with them via the named contact messenger, it does not connect their old unnamed thread with their new named thread. That seems silly and it is also not helpful to have the 2 separate threads with the exact same phone number.

Populate the list of contacts that will be deleted prior to the actual deletion so it can be reviewed to ensure no one is inadvertently deleted.

I would like to be able to change the order of my contact lists so that my main list is the one that shows up when I go to contacts.

In order to save SMS credit, a feature to verify whether a phone number is a landline, VOIP, or Cell would be great. When bulk importing contacts, sometimes landlines get mixed in, and SMS still get sent/rejected to these numbers, but we still get charged for it regardless of status.

When I receive a sms text via Outlook, the email in Outlook has the customer's name and then their email address, like From: John Doe [ mailto:john@abc company.com ] or John Doe <+ 17131234567@sms.clicksend.com > Can we have the name of the contact send with the sms text?

It would be great to be able to add a person to one contact list and when you do they are removed off another one. Automating that process would be great!
