I want features to send different text message at pre-determined minutes, days, months or years after previous message send out.

An Alpha Tag has been set up using the browser version of ClickSend, but in the mobile App, I want to be able to use the same Alpha Tag to send SMS.

Hi, I have clients on my re-seller account, and I'd like them to have access to SMS Character Count without seeing going to http://smscharactercount.com/#/counter , and even without seeing ClickSend logo Would you please advise if you can do that for me? Regards, Anas

In messenger, we'd like the box where your write your text to wrap and expand with the text. It would make it easier to edit and review what was written

Please add a feature to segment lists by type of number (mobile vs landline/VoIP). Or add a feature to export undeliverable numbers, so we can manually clean up our lists.

Hello please is possible limited the dedicate phone number with subaccount, example: sibaccount1 only have access to specific Template and Specific Dedicate number Example: when create template add option this template is for use: subacount1, subaccount2 etc Example: dedicate number: xxx yyy zzzz is for use subacount1, subaccount2 etc

When uploading contact lists, it would be efficient to use one Excel file with different tabs. Each tab could be assigned to a unique contact list.

The Interface Default Appearance is too faded and impractical. Darker choices would be great for operators. Grey text should be banned from the internet to save user's eyes from damage overtime!!!

I'm using your API to add the ability to send letters and SMS from our application. I want to give our end offices the ability to cancel any sent scheduled letters. We're currently sending them scheduled 2 days out. I want to allow them to cancel those scheduled ones. Currently, i'm using the endpoint PostLettersHistoryget to pull the entire list of letters ever sent, looping it to find ones in scheduled status and then using the api to cancel those letters. I'd really like to have a single api call that just gives me back all scheduled letters. Or a query param on PostLettersHistoryget to specify it etc. an api call that cancels ALL scheduled letters for a subaccount would also work. i'm going to guess looping PostLettersHistoryget when an office has 10000 letters already sent won't be very fast. Hi, we've noticed during our testing that the Global Opt-out list is not functioning for sub-accounts if Contact Sharing is disabled. That means if a sub-account sends out a campaign and somebody replies Stop, the contact won't appear in the Global Opt-out list and also it doesn't get removed from the contact list. If the sub-account tries to use the Clean-up - remove Opted-out function with the Global Opt-out list, they get an error message advising that they don't have access to that list We feel like the Opt-out feature has to be independent from the Contact Sharing setting
