Feature Requests

Many users send automated reminders and notifications via the ClickSend REST API (e.g. appointment systems and transactional messaging). Currently, API-sent SMS do not appear as threaded conversations in Messenger, forcing users to rely on the SMS History page, which requires manual refresh and limits real-time visibility of replies. Please consider enabling optional Messenger threading for API-sent SMS, with safeguards such as opt-in per sender number, per request flag, or volume limits. Competing platforms (e.g. Twilio, MessageBird) support threaded conversations for API-sent messages. This would be a significant UX improvement for customers using ClickSend for automated, two-way messaging at scale.

For some unfortunate reason, download urls in SMS messages are broken up when received by our endpoint. Due in 3 weeks However, what we receive is shown below. Note that it has multiple fields starting with "X-Amz-" that came from the original body. PLEASE do not break up the body like this. Instead, please send as in the SMS History as it is easy to extract the urls from there. I would like a feature where we can order the way our lists appear. This could easily be done by either being able to sort them numerically or alphabetically but even better a drop and drop feature where you can re-order your lists in to a custom order. Personally as someone who teaches multiple classes I would like my lists to display in the same order as my schedule runs. Thank you

The client regularly sends multiple campaigns via the Dashboard. They need an easier way to review SMS delivery history per campaign. Currently, they have to download the full SMS history and manually filter the file to isolate a specific campaign, which is time-consuming and inefficient. Proposed improvement: Add a “Download” button beside each campaign in the Campaigns view. This would allow users to directly download the SMS history for a selected campaign without needing to export and filter all message data.

UX user feedback: Add a section to the dashboard so folks can find your help articles directly.

Simple addition - add single sign-on so that I, as an admin, can utilize the mobile app without having to log in through a sub-account.

I would like to see a complete and detailed of all transactions related to billing. In one list, one location, in one view. All top ups (+), all SMS/MMS charges (-), all monthly charges (dedicated number) (-). Basically, when I look at that list, it will explain why my balance is $-3.75. Right now, I looked at my top-ups, I added all SMS/MMS charges, added all monthly charges to check. I shouldn't have to do that. All of this should be visible from the billing page.

Why does your system not automatically split a long message into 2 or 3 messages? I do not believe this is something hard to do. Your system should automatically recognise the long message and split the message into multiple messages.

When sending text messages fails, it would be necessary to receive an email notification to report it. Thus, in the case of many failed submissions, a user can promptly notice that there are problems, avoiding unnecessary spending money on unsuccessful mailings

Whenever i send voice messages out, it rings as SCAM LIKELY. No one will want to pick such calls. Kindly fix ASAP. Thanks
