Right now, if I schedule a message to 32 people and need to make edits, I have to go cancel 32 individual messages. It'd be nice to be able to cancel all of ONE message.

Having more data in the report would be really helpful. A separate column for "created date" and "scheduled date" is necessary. Being able to filter ONLY scheduled, or ONLY cancelled would be helpful as well. Or, roll out the ability to create custom reports!

We're a private pregnancy scan clinic in the UK and text our past clients with offers using Quick SMS to a contact list with From = Smart Senders. When we send with Send Time = Now, messages go out from our branded RCS sender with our logo and business name. When we schedule the exact same message with Send Time = Later, it goes out as standard SMS from random shared numbers (e.g. +44 7908 6616xx) with no logo or name. Support confirmed scheduled sends can't use RCS at the moment. Clients don't recognise a random number, so scheduled campaigns look like spam and we believe they cost us bookings. It also means someone has to be at a computer to press Send at the best time (e.g. 7pm) instead of scheduling it. Request: please let scheduled messages (Quick SMS, list sends and campaigns) use the branded RCS sender and logo, the same as Send Now. Thank you!

Hello ClickSend Support, I would like to submit a feature request for what I believe would be a very valuable enhancement to the SMS History Report functionality. Currently, the standard SMS history export does not include the status_text field, which is the most meaningful indicator of the actual SMS delivery outcome. To obtain this information, we currently need to request a custom report manually from your Tier 2 Support team whenever detailed delivery validation is required. Including the status_text column in the standard SMS History Report export would provide several benefits: Improved visibility of the actual SMS delivery outcome. Faster troubleshooting and incident investigation. Reduced dependency on manual report requests to the support team. More efficient auditing and reporting for customers who rely on SMS notifications for operational and business continuity purposes. Better self-service capabilities for customers managing large SMS campaigns. In our case, the status_text information is essential because it provides the real delivery status explanation, whereas the standard status fields alone often do not provide sufficient detail for delivery verification and root-cause analysis. We would greatly appreciate it if this enhancement could be considered for inclusion in a future release of the ClickSend reporting functionality. Hello ClickSend Support, I would like to submit a feature request regarding the Usage page. Previously, the Usage page displayed the total number of SMS messages sent per month, making it very easy to obtain monthly usage figures for reporting and reconciliation purposes. Since the recent update, the Usage page appears to show only a daily breakdown of SMS usage. While the daily view is useful, it is much more difficult and time-consuming to determine the total SMS volume sent for a specific month. Feature Request: Please consider adding one of the following options: A monthly summary view showing total SMS sent per month. The ability to group or aggregate usage data by month. This functionality was previously available and was very useful for tracking and reporting SMS consumption. Thank you for your consideration. Kind regards, Deric

Not all contacts have the full information, so it'll be useful to have fallbacks, like (Last Name| First Name) . In that case, if the contact is missing the last name, the fallback will be the first name.

My company has multiple users who have their own Pipedrive accounts. It's a major limitation to not be able to connect the same ClickSend account to each of the Pipedrive accounts, and basically makes the software unusable for us.

in messenger make a drop down so you can move the contact to the list you want, now if you wanna move them you have to go to the contact list search for them and select and move, its a big ordeal, and takes way longer to do then being able to do this when ur in messenger and talking to them

I think you should be able to add job titles in your exports.

Can we please request MFA on our login account instead of 2FA
