I would like to configure an Inbound SMS rule and auto-reply with the original message. So the Body of the response could include a keyword like this: "Thanks for contacting us. This was your message: {original_message}" For example; If someone sent an SMS with "Please help", they would get a response as "Thanks for contacting us. This was your message: Please help" Thanks, Dennis G.

While testing voice messages in Dutch, I noticed that the speed is too high and that the TTS character isn't as fluent as you would expect nowadays. But most important, lower the speed of the voice.

Instead of having ie "Your ClickSend verification code is 530019. This code is valid for 60 seconds." for Adding own number using the Request Own Number Verification OTP in API, It would be useful to be able to customise the name from ClickSend to Our own company name for customers who use our trade CMS and want to send SMS to their customers for billing and updates. So it would be more white label and would encourage more SMS being sent as our existing providing allows that option so I need to continue to use them when a customer requested using their own number as I don't want to advertise who my SMS provider is as it is bundled with my Software.

Push notifications for inbound messages would be super helpful so we can reply to our leads ASAP and have a better chance of converting them to clients!

Prevent the same mobile number receiving SMS texts above a certain rate (i.e no more than 10 a minute or 20 in 5 minutes). Once the threshold has been triggered, all SMS that would violate the policy are stored in a 'For Review' section where they can be manually sent or deleted. Allow a account to set their own threshold depending on use case of the account. Aim: Prevent malicious activity sending thousands of SMS to a single number, incurring high costs. We have experienced this during a recent cyber incident whereby a malicious actor programatically kept requesting 2FA codes to be sent to their mobile phone number.

I am looking for someone to create a built-in feature into the google calendar add-on that allows multiple texts to be sent over distinct periods of time per individual event. For example, I have event A, which is an appointment with a participant. I want to be able to have a reminder text sent to this user 1) 3 days, 2) 1 day, and 3) the day of the appointment.

We receive a large amount of junk/scam faxes since porting our number to your digital platform because we cannot block a specific repeat offender's phone number or disable the automatic approval feature of the fax coming through to our number. Would really appreciate the option to deny scammers from flooding our number with junk.
