I would like to create a feature request for email voice to be possible to schedule it for particular hours of the day.
We are receiving email notifications from our monitoring system. In the system it can be set to which email address is the email sent, however we would need to be called only outside of BH let's say 18.00-07:00 the next day. As in the BH our agents are working between 7:00-18:00. So if email is sent after this time only than initiate the call.
