Currently, the main reason why SMS fails for our customers is because they are using a virtual number. However, when we look at the information for a failed SMS, there is no indication that the reason is because they are using a virtual number. It would be great to either be told that it's failed because it's a virtual number or if that's not possible then to have the ability to look the number up ourselves to confirm if it's a virtual number or not to help diagnose the problem. Currently I have to use the chat function each time to ask someone to check the number for me to see if it's a virtual number which wastes a lot of time for us.
