Simple really... some of us (heck, lots of us) don't like to use our credit cards online. paypal makes it really easy for us to pay infrequent ad-hoc accounts like yours really easily and best of all for us - SAFELY.

It'll be a good feature to have the ability to connect with PayPal for auto renewal of credit. This would tighten privacy and any security concerns that may be there whilst entering credit card detials that you may hold on file.
