Hi there, I think it would be a great idea to be able to 'mail merge' fields into things like letters.
Rather than just send a generic letter to your contact list, if you could personalise it that would make it a whole lot more effective. I.e be able to include their address at the top and their name in the "dear %name%" etc.

We require the letter to go out with the Clients name and address within the actual letter as well as the date it was sent, not just on the envelope
