Currently, for 2FA a code is sent to the phone number or email address connected to the account / subaccount. However, for a business like ours who have structed their accounts and subaccounts by teams, not individual people, this is causing issues. For most of ours, there is one person's email and phone number connected, so when they go on annual leave or are on sick etc, no one else in their team has access to the 2FA code.

My suggestion is that there is another 2FA option, perhaps through an authenticator tool, so that more people in the team can access it if needed.

Please can you set up another form of 2FA for the user login accounts. Authenticator apps or hardware tokens or pass keys would be nice.
