Add name to the sms

When I receive a sms text via Outlook, the email in Outlook has the customer's name and then their email address, like
From: John Doe [mailto:john@abc company.com]
or
John Doe <+17131234567@sms.clicksend.com>
Can we have the name of the contact send with the sms text?

I work for a CPA and we seem to be only able to get responses from our clients if we text them. However, because of the way ClickSend is set up in my email, entering cell numbers, when people respond I don't know who it is. It would be great if there was a way add contacts or names so we could see who is responding to us.
