Admin Dashboard to show Sub-Account Dashboards

Admins should be able to see usage graphs (dashboard) of all sub accounts (drop down to select sub account).

At the moment, there is no quick insight into sub-account usage (number of messages and cost etc).

Developers. This post has had 26 bumps and for something marked as planned in Sep 2018, how has it not been done? Obviously users want this!

This function would be handy as Admin I do not necessarily send out the msgs but I want to be able to see when msgs are being released by my team and business.

I'd prefer if the chart shows all accounts combined, with an option to filter by sub-account.
Either way, the current behaviour doesn't make sense to me; I created the sub-accounts in order to better visualise usage across various sites, but now I actually see less information (because I can no longer see a total at all, and I have to log in and out across multiple accounts to see their separated usage).

I would also like to see the ability to download the usage of sub-accounts as I want to incorporate this in to our billing platform. Rather than having to log in to every sub-account to download.

Hi, my subaccount can't see the same dashboard as me. I have given the subaccount the same access as my account. They can see the same SMS campaigns/reporting and transaction history, but they see nothing on the dashboard. I can see my usage on the dashboard, and I'd like them to be able to see it too. Is it possible to have them synced?? Thanks.

Chris: Hi Chris, I apologise we haven't updated its status since then. While there were works at the time to get it up and running, we had some technical issues which made us put it on hold. We've recently placed this feature back on track and it will start development in the coming weeks.
Under the new model, you would be able to access other subaccounts by simply switch between them (no logging out and back in) and you'd also be able to report across multiple subaccounts at the same time from your subaccount as the admin. 
If I could ask 2 related questions...
1) Who would you want to access/manage the billing? Would it be you or other subaccounts as well?
2) Would you want your subaccounts to share contact lists, opt-out lists, history, etc. or would you like to keep those separate?

Nadine thanks, I really just want to be able to see an at-a-glance view of subaccount usage from the parent account. There's a useful line diagram on the /home URL, except it excludes usage for the subaccounts, so it shows very little useful information for someone actively using subaccounts.
