For sending letters, ClickSend NEEDS (<-- THIS IN BOLD UNDERLINED ITALICS ETC!!!) to start offering USPS Certified Mail, USPS Signature confirmation or some other service option that creates an official record that the letter was delivered to the recipient. Many of your competition do it, and frankly as a new customer I expected this option would be available. For example,

I need to choose the delivery options.
for example if i need to mail a documents to USA and the Confirmation Of Delivery is necessary.
So I need choose the First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express or Fed Ex delivery or UPS ...etc.

Unfortunately certified mail is a priority for many businesses and you guys do not offer it.

Same as everyone else, I signed up but sadly I will have to use another service instead of ClickSend because of the lack of a registered/certified mail option.

Just signed up to trial this service, but unfortunately the lack of this option is a deal-breaker for me.
