API Send call to an empty list should not result in an error

When you send a message to an empty list via the API there should not be an error claiming that the message is missing instead a HTTP 200 is expected.

Hi Markus,
Thanks for your feedback. This happens because the messages array contains multiple messages, if there are no contacts in the list then there is no messages in the array and that error is thrown. Our developers are working on changing this response to be more helpful.
