given how the SMS API endpoint is always giving us a success message, no matter if messages have been successfully delivered or not, it makes it hard to monitor text message delivery from our end.

A possible solution would be, if we could define alerts directly on clicksend dashboard, that either react to total number of failed message per timeframe, or percentage of messages failing per time frame.

Alerts could be delivered by email or sms.
