Before any SMS (Campaign or Quick SMS) is sent out, the OPT OUT list is checked first and will not send to any numbers on this list. Or have the manual opt-out checks scheduled to run on a regular schedule to remove anyone who is on the opt out list.

Can we set up a rule so that numbers that are on the Opt-Out list are automatically not send a message. This will prevent someone from forgetting to select to not send to the Opt Out List.
