Currently there is no way to download a debit ledger which provides daily usage of funds from our Balance. Auto Renewal fees cannot be seen in the "Usage" tab, straight away funds are debited without any trail.Request a debit ledger for funds utilised.

We would need to have a good way to see how the recharged amount is spent. It would be good to have a screen that shows how much was charged or utilised for SMS, MMS, Email, email forwards, dedicated numbers. Basically a breakdown of all services used from the account balance. Monthly.

This needs to be bumped up to a feature to put in place. Without knowing our usage, we don't know if our bill amount is correct or not. Plus it can help us find holes in our usage, etc..
