Can the MFA include the option for a dedicated email address, as opposed to only a mobile number? With the mobile number, this is not always possible to confirm as it is not always available, whereas an email address would provide the possibility of using a shared mailbox that is always accessible.

Please allow users to elect an email instead of mobile phone message for 2 factor authentication.

Provide more MFA methods. In particular, methods that do not use SMS. Methods that would be immune from SIM hijacking attacks. The most logical option would be to support software tokens via Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, LastPass Authenticator, and the like.

MFA for all admin logins for security of data.

Have MFA as an option for login accounts

Enable Single Sign-On and MFA for logging in to Click Send accounts.

Allow admin accounts to use Multi Factor Authentication to authenticate (ex. Text code sent to a phone after username and password)
