Great news, email MFA is now live in the ClickSend Dashboard. You can find out more information at https://help.clicksend.com/article/2kp3am6rnd-2-factor-authentication.
If you have any other feature requests, we’d love to hear them.

Joel Tan Thanks Joel - how can we turn this on? I dont believe anyone actually wants an automated verification code decided by Clicksend.
We are after an MFA challenge (SMS, Email, Authenticator App) on every login, regardless of location or risk factors.

Hi Aaron: I found a way forward for you.
Could you please reach out to sourav@clicksend.com with your user id? You can find it in the top right corner of the dashboard.
He'll be expecting your email and will be able to toggle it so that logins through all your subaccounts are challenged everytime, regardless of login and risk factors.

Joel TanFantasitc news Joel! I have just replied and requested a challenge on every login. This will be exactly what people are after.

Confirming this works great and we get a 2FA on every login - exactly what we are after.

Charlie Seems this is not the case via your Support! Only if I'm deemed as a risk I'd be offered the MFA option. Please sort this out! This needs to be available to all users, otherwise I'll have to find another provider.

Robert - this must be a joke!?! I got a similar reply from support. This is not what we are after... I want to enforce a second authentication challenge when logging on, not for clicksend to gauge my risk.
From support:
Correct. Your account was already migrated to 2FA silently and that you may or may encounter any 2FA verification at this time. This is dependent on risk, so there is a chance users may never encounter this.

Aaron Totally agree, considering the length of time we've had to wait for this feature, to find it decides when to ask for MFA. What a let down! Time to change provider I think!
A
Aaron
Charlie - i dont think this should be marked as complete, there is no method to enforce MFA. I would expect this to be in progress until email authentication is enabled per login event.

Robert: Hi Robert, unfortunately for now, 2FA is mandatory and risk dependent. We are currently working on a 2FA using email. Your feedback has been noted and communicated with the team. Thank you!

Hi Aaron, thanks for your interest and support with this feature. The team is currently doing some final testing with 2FA with Email and should be available over the coming months.

Charlie: Hi, any update on this 2FA enablement?
C
Charlie
Robert: Hi Robert, 2FA is currently being rolled out on the dashboard (dashboard only for now). It will be live for all customers in a couple of weeks.
If you have any further questions please do ask.

Aaron
Charlie: Good day Charlie! It has now been a couple of weeks. Do you have a date for when we can expect this to go live?
C

2FA now compulsory for Cyber Essentials + accredited companies

Can you please make sure you implement 2FA for account logins at the soonest possible opportunity, because since April this year, all online accounts used by companies with CE+ accreditation must have 2FA. This means that when my accreditation is up for renewal in November and there is no 2FA, I have to cancel my account and find another supplier for mail to SMS. Thank you.

2FA Login to ClicksSend account

Secure logins to clicksend account to reduce fraudulant logins/activity.
As a secondary measure, the credit card billing system is only a one click purchase, hackers would love this. Requesting a more gated process to process transactions such an option to not save credit card details on the account, in case of unauthorised access.
