I would like to configure an Inbound SMS rule and auto-reply with the original message.

So the Body of the response could include a keyword like this:

"Thanks for contacting us. This was your message: {original_message}"

For example;

If someone sent an SMS with "Please help", they would get a response as "Thanks for contacting us. This was your message: Please help"
