Why is there no generalized search to locate a number for every contact we have uploaded in separate lists ? For example. I upload lists daily. and each list has a few thousand contacts. It's extremely tedious for myself or an employee to have to click on every list individually, put the number in search just to locate it to manually opt out a number. What happens when i reach over 100 imported lists ? Being expected to click on every single one individually to locate a number is not ideal. Creating a search that is generalized to find a number within any contact and list that has been uploaded to the account is ideal. The amount of search effort for this should be taken care of in the next update. I moved over from EZtext due to the cost of sending texts, however their functionality in terms of ease of search for contact and manual opt-out is much more efficient. It would be generally impossible for us to know which number is associated with what list, as we text frequently, and upload new lists daily for our existing client database. So, In hopes you understand what i am trying to say. Please update the platform with a generalized search option so users do not have to click every single list just to locate a number we want to manually opt-out.
