Hi, we've noticed during our testing that the Global Opt-out list is not functioning for sub-accounts if Contact Sharing is disabled. That means if a sub-account sends out a campaign and somebody replies Stop, the contact won't appear in the Global Opt-out list and also it doesn't get removed from the contact list.

If the sub-account tries to use the Clean-up - remove Opted-out function with the Global Opt-out list, they get an error message advising that they don't have access to that list

We feel like the Opt-out feature has to be independent from the Contact Sharing setting
