I need the ability to create Inbound SMS rules based on the metadata in the message, such as the Custom String.

The use case is 2 servers, test and production. I would like to set up 2 rules which route the incoming message to different URLs based on the custom string I placed in the outbound message. That way a response to a message sent from my test server does not get processed on production
