I don't understand why it is not already provided - I would like AT LEAST a description of my charges: including the monthly cost of dedicated numbers, call forwarding, and other add-on costs.
I would prefer that ALL costs accrued would be listed similar to a land-line phone bill (ours is between 40 and 80 pages normally). We NEED this information for our federal security audit, we need to show when we contacted people, how and at what number. I understand that you provide us with a log, but that does not include pricing, costs, or any other features or information.
I don't understand why ClickSend is so vague about their billing and cost system, everyone else has no problem laying out all the little costs and fees.
