I don't understand why it is not already provided - I would like AT LEAST a description of my charges: including the monthly cost of dedicated numbers, call forwarding, and other add-on costs.
I would prefer that ALL costs accrued would be listed similar to a land-line phone bill (ours is between 40 and 80 pages normally). We NEED this information for our federal security audit, we need to show when we contacted people, how and at what number. I understand that you provide us with a log, but that does not include pricing, costs, or any other features or information.
I don't understand why ClickSend is so vague about their billing and cost system, everyone else has no problem laying out all the little costs and fees.

You should include all type of costs as separate line items in the invoice. This will make it much easier for end users to understand where money is spent every month.
like in our case we are paying SMS Campaign + dedicated phone number + SMS usage charges, but invoice only shows one line item, and it is "Account recharge - Message Credit" which confuses as we think it is only for SMS usage charges

Can you please include monthly cost of dedicated numbers being deducted from our Clicksend Balance. Please include this so it's listed specifically and itemized in the invoices.

Can we please have invoices that show the correct description of what you are taking from our credit card.
You take $49.5 a month for the reseller fee and the invoices are only showing $20 at a time and only show "recharge for credit" which is incorrect as you are taking the money for the reseller fee. I should be able to have a invoice for $49.5 that is for reseller fees and if you take $20 for a recharge then i get the invoice for the recharge. They can't all sit under the same description. Thanks

Ability to see a breakdown of charges including monthly billing for active phone numbers. Right now there's no way to view this within the system

PLANNED as of FOUR years ago!!! Why is detailed deduction of money from the balance not a thing in more than Four years! I am already looking at other vendors.
