Hi. I have noticed that inside sms>messenger>compose a message, their is no real usable space to write a message. It only allows 1 line and you cannot see your message. It makes the messenger area almost useless and its important. Can this be fixed please?

When chatting with a customer after the customer has responded, when sending a reply to the customer that may take multiple lines, the messenger send box will not expand so the business owner sending a message back to the client or customer can see the whole message all at once before sending.
