User has requested to be able to pin a contact list to the top as well as reorder (drag and drop) lists.

Please make it possible to rearrange the lists after creation (maybe click and drag, or even an arrow up and down under the 3 dots). Not knowing I couldn't rearrange them, I've entered all my contacts now, but the one that will be most used is at the bottom because it was created first.
