I just wanted to make a suggestion regarding billing.

Currently we receive an email with a link to download a receipt.

For those of us using online accounting software like Xero (which I would think would be a majority of people), we have an email address that we can just forward emails with invoices as attachments and the software does the rest.

With the way clicksend does things, we have to click a link in the email, log in, download the pdf, open a new email, attach the pdf and send it on.

You can see how this is really inefficient time-wise and a bit of a pain.

Could Clicksend consider just including the PDF receipt as an attachment in the email you're already sending out? That way we can just forward the email and be done.
