James: Thank you for contacting me. I am excited to learn about this. When would
these update to existing functionality take place?
The current integration between pipefy and clicksend is extremely limited
and is of no use to us in our processes. For example, current capability is
for general moves in a pipe.
Card Moved
 Triggers when a card is moved on a given pipe
This does not help us. We need to be able to set the trigger rule as " When
a card in X pipe moves to y phase, send (select phone number field in a
card in the pipe) a custom message created in zapier setup including
certain fields from inside card fields in pipefy to phone number (a field
inside a card in a certain pipe in Pipefy.
With this functionality, we will be able to send countless messages to the
right people when a card moves to certain phases inside pipefy and meets
certain criteria.

Arthur: I'm already using the integration between Pipify and Clicksend through
integration using the Zapier.
Basically, every new card created at Pipefy the integration sends a sms
using the contact information in this new card.

Jessa Cortes: Hey Jessa, thank you for the info. I have emailed you the scope of functionality we find useful and relevant to our processes. We need to be able to send sms when a card enters a certain phase and meets some other field level criteria, rather than merely when a card gets created. The content of the sms should also be able to be populated with custom content and data from certain fields in a phase in Pipefy.

Thank you for your patience on this request. We currently have integration with Zapier and Integromat that will allow you to send SMS, MMS, Voice, Letter, Fax and Postcard when a Card is Done, Expired, Overdue, Moved, Late or New.

If this is not what you are looking for an integration, could you please provide us with more information on this. A few questions that could help us design a good solution are:
