When calling it starts automatically and if someone isn't paying attention they may miss the message. Have the ability to start when they press 1 (or another number) would be great. Additionally would be great to have the option to re-play a message.

Email to voice speaks quickly. Would be nice to be able to toggle on a repeat message option.

This is crucial to our use of the system. We are calling alarms to people in the middle of the night when they have just woken up. They will miss the message otherwise
