Delist/clear bounce contacts. Using Transactional Email for this and we need a feature to remove bounced addresses so we are able to send them through and not be dropped off each time

We are sending Transactional Email NOT your Email Marketing solution,
All emails are sent directly to your SMTP server (username and password) NOT via the API.
The issue appears; that due to the initial problems with the mailbox bouncing, the address now is "dropped" by your SMTP service and therefore suggests that is on a Suppressions/ban list on your service.
We need an efficient way to remove these people from your list so we are able to successfully send and not have to keep explaining the issue to support to do that

I don't think they will offer this feature. You easily removing bounced numbers means you're sending less text messages, and that ultimately translates to ClickSend making less money. They have that feature for Opt-out numbers because of legal matters. They can easily add the feature for bounced numbers with a single code, but they still haven't responded to your request and it's been a year.
