Create a filter that allows us to show and remove contacts who have not been active e.g. not interacted, clicked, opened etc anythign that's been sent to them in a set period of time and were added on or before a specified date.

There should be a automatic way of cleaning out the failed phone nos. This way our contact list if uptodate and clean.

The leads I am collecting are sometimes landlines but I don't have a way of telling. It would be nice of after a group send I would have the option to remove the bounced numbers automatically instead of manually.

I recently sent SMS messages to about 150 people. 3 bounced. I can see that on the dashboard. How do I easily get a list of the bounces? The dashboard will not take me to a list, and I see no report available under the SMS area. Thank you.

There is no point sending messages to numbers that can't receive them, so automatically moving contacts that fail or bounce to another list would make sure we aren't sending to people we know may not receive them. That way we can manually review those contacts but not have to stop everything or keep spending money for no reason.
