Save Letter Templates

I would love to have the feature to save a letter template so that I can then set up an automation (say from an email or SMS) so that I can auto-send a letter template. For example, I do a lot of work in politics and it would be great to have my users fill out a web form to contact their senator and have that auto mail a letter to their senator.

Our company usually does letter box drops and we have just found this feature. It would be great if we could upload our letter template here to just update when we need to and have the option to send as a PDF.
