Search is limited, need proper filtering and search for partial matches

In the list tab, the only thing is available it to search by exact match.
We need to be able to filter (eg. without name) or to search per partial match (eg numbers that contain 434, or names that contain Bob, or email that contain "admin")

This needs to be updated in contacts and in history/reporting, using the last 4 of a # for example is a huge time saver when searching
