Separating Read Messages from Unread

I believe this should be included into this platform. It is important and makes it much easier to identify which messages need to be attended to. It makes it incredibly hard without it and takes a ton of time to search through each message.

We're looking for a way to mark texts as read/ unread. Operationally speaking we have several different departments and some opens texts that are never being worked on.

when the inbound messege comein, it's mixed and messedup in the messeger. it's much better if there is 2 inbox to classify all of the messege, one is called "read" inbox and the other is called"unread" inbox. And the unread inbox has a special highlight.

Hi Team, would you be able to add more sophisticated features on SMS Messenger? I would like to be able to keep track of the messages that I've read or need to attend to. It would be good to have notifications as well for new incoming messages. Thanks.

It would also be good to have a filtering function for SMS Campaigns, date of last interaction etc. We can't view older interactions either... Could it be slightly more sophisticated so that it resembles an email inbox? Thank you for your kind attention.
