During periods of high usage, the replies may take a minute to show up in Messenger, but you should not need to reload to retrieve new replies

Can the messenger also be updated to please include MMS campaigns you sent?? At the moment they don't show up in the messenger history

Matthew: I agree the current way does not allow an effective way to have individual conversations with people. If someone replies to an MMS campaign, it does show up in the messenger, but it does not show whole conversation (what you sent)

This is a much needed feature - auto refresh of page/dashboard/messenger. I see this request was initially made in 2018. I hope this will be prioritised as this is key need for operations.

This defeats the whole purpose of using this service. I can't see text messages to my number to communicate instantaneously with customers. Unless I go to refresh I don't see any incoming messages. Makes no sense.
