I am surprised that even though you have the option to create an SMS campaign that may include 100s if not 1000s of contacts to send a template SMS at once. There is no option to report on a campaign. ie the no of messages consumed in that campaign. The messages still scheduled to be sent from that campaign. Messages successfully delivered from that campaign. Messages that are hard bounced with exact reasons.

Could we also add 'unsubscribe rate' to campaign reports

Customer has requested: “ To know about message failure, need to go to each message to know the actual reason of the message delivery failure. In report and on screen it shows a general message "Unknown error". However the amount is deducted from the account for failed messages too. Need to get a better way to pull out the required data. ”
