Can you please add reporting for campaign metrics. Include number sent, opt outs (# and %) and link clicks (# and %), searchable by campaign and then overall by time period to time period? Thank you.

Opt out statics per campaign would be very helpful.
Including Failed per campaign would also be helpful.
Per campaign statics in general would allow clients to begin to understand how their campaigns were doing and it all starts with measuring metrics from those campaigns.

we need analytics of open rates for sms without the link - there is no way to effectively find out if the service is worth it - how does the customer know if the sms are actually delivered?

@Clicksend, your customers have been asking you since 2016 for reporting features.. 6 years later and they are still waiting. Time to find a better service provider.

Lisa: I was super excited to sign up and get started on ClickSend until I realized their SMS capabilities are almost nonexistent. Users should be able to group responses into appropriate groups, send/export groups to a CRM or Email etc..

I have just asked Live Chat about reporting thinking i was missing something, please add reporting features so i can see how many are sent by sub account.
