Fallback for Customers: In cases where a customer is traveling and unable to receive SMS, this would serve as a reliable backup method for OTP delivery.
Security Automation: We could set up automated alerts to notify the SOC team of any suspicious activity. Since we maintain customer phone numbers in our CRM and can monitor customer locations using our cybersecurity tools, any mismatch could trigger an alert, allowing the SOC team to proactively block the request.
