Is there any progress towards this? 
Specifically, I would be interested to know if we can enable text-to-voice alerts coming from SolarWinds to ClickSend.

Chiming in here, we were able to do this via simple EMAIL>SMS (#clientnumber@click....com) function already provided by ClickSend..

However, what we'd like to leverage is a RULE base to manage clients/contacts only within ClickSend and have a query run against the subject/body to deliver to a specific phone # instead of handling all that within the SW alert right now
