I would like to propose several features that could significantly enhance the efficiency of using your platform, especially for users managing large contact folders. Here are my suggestions:

-- Select All Contacts at Once:

Please implement a feature that allows us to select all contacts in a folder at once, rather than having to select 100, scroll, and repeat this process multiple times.

-- Cross-Filter Contact Folders for Duplicates:

Adding the ability to cross-filter contact folders to identify duplicates would be extremely beneficial.

-- Preview Duplicates Before Deleting:

Similar to the pop-up that appears when messaging an unsubscribed country, it would be helpful to show duplicates before we confirm deletion.

-- Opt-Out Field for Disconnected Numbers:

When a text is sent to a disconnected number and it shows as failed, can these contacts have their own opt-out field? Currently, I have to export them and manually add them to the opt-out folder.

-- Access Profile from Messenger Tab:

It would streamline the process if we could view a person's profile directly from the Messenger tab, rather than having to exit and search for their contact information.

-- Text Alternate Numbers from Custom Strings:

Allowing us to text an alternate number stored in the person’s profile would be helpful, especially if the primary number fails or is incorrect.

-- Fix Glitches in the Messenger Option:

The Messenger feature is often glitchy, making it difficult to scroll through messages. Improving the performance here would greatly enhance user experience.

-- Transfer Contacts Directly from Messenger Screen:

It would save a lot of time if we could transfer contacts directly from the Messenger screen to the opt-out list when a contact responds with variations of "stop" or "no."

-- Transfer Contacts to Other Folders:

Implementing the ability to transfer contacts from the Messenger screen to other folders, such as Immediate Follow-Up or Future Follow-Up, would be amazing.

-- Notification for New Messages:

Introducing push notifications for new messages on both phone and laptop would be a great addition.

I have seen other texting platforms successfully implement these features, and I believe they would make a significant difference in efficiency for ClickSend users. Thank you for considering these suggestions!
