I want to be able to limit sms automation being sent between certain times. For example, if they are added to a list and at 5pm and are scheduled to receive an SMS in 7 hrs, I dont want it delivered at 12am, but want to wait until business hours/9am to be sent

We don't want people getting a text that says, "please stand by your phone, we will call you shortly" if they're opting-in at 2AM. We would like to be able to set time constraints for when our automations are active/inactive.

I would like a setting to hold/pause any SMS messages during off hours.
I use an automated service that sends texts out to people on our list, but within ClickSend I would like the ability to hold those messages for sending if outside a certain range of permissible hours to be sending people messages.

Requesting a feature that will allow for texting during certain times and to send out automatic texts during normal business hours (ex: between the hours of 8am and 9pm) so that customers don't receive texts from us in the middle of the night like they currently are. Some complaints have been received because of this.

It's not a good idea for a customer to receive an sms at 3 am. It wakes them up and gives them a less than professional view of our organization. But with automated SMS the deliver time is unpredictable and cannot be set exactly. How do we avoid automated sms being sent/delivered during certain times. Suggestion is to restrict delivery/receiving so that sms can only be delivered/received during normal hours, such as between 6 am and 11 pm in their local time.

Add a setting for a profile that does not allow messages to be sent between certain times. e.g. only allow messages to be sent after 8am and before 9pm each day. this will help organisations to deliver a good customer experience by not messaging at inappropriate times.
