TOP UP WORK AROUND & CHAT LOG

TLDR: "Also, just so you guys know then, you can also utilize the automatic top-up as a manual transaction by adjusting the when the balance goes below to a threshold just above where the current balance goes, and then you're able to set the top-up amount accordingly. I was just able to manually initiate a $200 transaction. It's a little counterintuitive, so if a manual area to prepay this amount was out in the open, that would be a little bit more straightforward."

Hi John, can a $200 power pack's prepay be initiated so I get a savings versus when a $200 recharge happens?

If you top up $200, your account will fall under the Growth tier, where the US SMS rate is $0.0201 per SMS.

I'm aware that there are top-up options, as you've displayed, there's no area to do a $200 option. If I was to go with a $100 option, I would then get two different instances of foreign transaction fee charges, and I'm trying to mitigate that by only having one transaction. Is that something you're able to do manually on your end?

We do not combine top-ups into a single custom $200 transaction. However, we do have an automatic recharge option where you can set a threshold and specify the amount you want to be recharged each time your balance drops to that level.

Was that helpful?

ClickSend used to, which I do have former transactions indicating such, and by doing so, I was able to get the Power Packs discount as indicated in the options. This is unfortunate, as the auto-recharge option doesn't list whether I'll be getting a discount or not, which is the perk of prepaying with the Power Packs, it looks like. I hope you could pass that along that I'd like to see the $200 option reinstated.

Thanks for the feedback, Glenn. Just to clarify, the system automatically detects your latest recharge amount and assigns your account to the corresponding pricing tier based on that top-up. So whichever recharge value you select determines the tier you fall under at that time.

I hope I was able to address your concern. Do you require further assistance?

Okay thanks for the clarification.
