Hello,
I have a couple of suggestions I'm hoping can be implemented to make using this platform easier.
  1. is the icons for the text messages, currently an open icon vs a closed one is very very similar only have a slight shade difference - Can you please make this more visible- whether it be it changes colour completely or has a very visible difference.
  2. A folder system where the message history can be sorted either custom or by date as when its all together its a bit messy.
  3. not sure if this is already an option but alot of customers will try call the number, it would be good to have a voice message/auto message that could be added directing them to the right phone line (yes its noted in the message some people don't read)
  4. An option to delete older message or put them again into an old folder, also a folder to break up Open and closed messages.
