URL shortener for URLs in placeholder field

Current URL shortener can only shorten a static URL in the message body. But I need to send SMS campaigns with dynamic URLs fetched from custom fields of my Contacts. Every URL is different. It would be great to have URL shortener automatically for this.

We are sending links that include parameter information, for example blah.com/abce?ph="mobilenumber".
This helps our ordering system to know who has accessed the page to make checkout easier.
We will be sending around 150k messages in this format, starting with a test of 1k, then 7k and then build up based on feedback from our clients.
With the URL shortener we can only add a fixed long URL and it does not recognise queries.  We tried to use the placeholders to extend the URL to include the quesry as advised by your IT but this did not work, it either took us to you smsg.uk info page or went to our page with /(Cust20% 1) after it, this being where we wanted the number to be placed.
Is there anyway we can include a query in the shortener?
