Reques that replies are supported in Zoho when the original message is sent from an external source. Currently replies are only supported if the outbound message is sent from within Zoho

we are informing you that we've just launched an integration with Zoho Webhooks that will allow you to automate a SMS to be sent from Zoho using Workflow Rules and Webhooks.
