It would be great if you offered a basic tier for personal use (home automations/integrations). I came across ClickSend while researching integrations for Home Assistant that can send an SMS message. While your service can do this, it's only geared towards businesses, offering a lot of features I don't want or need.

Recovery codes for 2FA - would be good to have recovery codes issued in case a user loses access to their phone/email.

Request to provide the main account with extended permissions, allowing it to modify/cancel scheduled messages created under other subaccounts. This would give admins greater control and flexibility in managing communications, without needing to switch between subaccounts. Ticket: 22927

In a recent update this was removed and now I only see $50, $100, $1,000, and $2000

Would it be possible to have a primary card and a backup card on file that can be used if the primary card runs out of credit for the month? The failover to the secondary card will allow auto-top-ups to continue and the product to keep running. Cheers, Dan

Please update to allow sub-accounts to be billed separately (using separate card details from the main account), along with having their own balance rules - i.e. if balance drops below $10, automatically charges the card $10. Thanks in advance!

When an auto top-up payment is made on a credit card, email a copy of the PDF invoice to the billing contact. The current method of having to log into the dashboard and download the PDF invoice is time consuming and in a larger organisation an inefficient use of time. And we need to manage an additional login for the accounts payable team. Better that the invoice is emailed to them on payment.

As all my operations and transactions are based in Saudi Riyal (SAR), I kindly request that the default currency of my account be changed from USD to SAR for better clarity and ease of use.
