Feature Requests

I believe this should be included into this platform. It is important and makes it much easier to identify which messages need to be attended to. It makes it incredibly hard without it and takes a ton of time to search through each message.

When calling it starts automatically and if someone isn't paying attention they may miss the message. Have the ability to start when they press 1 (or another number) would be great. Additionally would be great to have the option to re-play a message.

Multiple export enhancements including "message body" field expansion, addition of columns numeric Status Code & Error Code + Status Text and population of "Country" value in export file. 1 --->Expand "message body" field in the Export so the entire sent message appears in the export. Today, when we have variable elements in the message body and it's larger than 160 characters, we need to manually reconstruct the messages in our export report. 2 ---> Add the following three fields to the export. These values are in the DB and are visible in the UI when clicking the "i" icon. Currently, the only way to see the reason for a failure is to click individual records. We consistently have more records that fail across a campaign than is practical to click each one individually and copy/paste the value into our export report. Status Code Error Code Status Text 3 ---> Populate export field "Country" with "Country" value that you can see in the UI when clicking the "i" icon.

When using Messenger, can't reply using multiple lines eg. Can't enter down a line or two.

Wanting to track the text messages better when a customer replies back. Would like to see a status on our side if we have read it/ unread it/replied back. Will help for tracking when sending out to a big list.

Would be helpful if you had a "Send test Json" for successful message sent as well as Failed message sent. Its difficult to test otherwise though I was able to mimic it using postman. Thank you!

We would like to push the SMS result (i.e. Status or Error Code) and if they have opted-out from marketing SMSs back into Salesforce as part of the integration. We currently have to manually export this from ClickSend and import into Salesforce. Ideally, we would be able to map these fields in ClickSend to the respective fields in Salesforce so we have a full picture of them in our CRM

I would like to configure an Inbound SMS rule and auto-reply with the original message. So the Body of the response could include a keyword like this: "Thanks for contacting us. This was your message: {original_message}" For example; If someone sent an SMS with "Please help", they would get a response as "Thanks for contacting us. This was your message: Please help" Thanks, Dennis G.

Hi I would like to have NEW report as a reseller. I would like to find out number of messages sent, purchase credits, spent, balance of my customers as list in single report. See the picture; > I need to be able choose date such as Today, This week or This Month or custom date. > I need to see How many No Messages Sent in that date > I need to see total Purchased Credit > I need to how much money is Spent from the purchased credit > I need to see current balance > I need to see my Profit = Spent (£) - Cost of Total Sent Message (£)
