Feature Requests

We are a research group that pays for ClickSend with research funding. We are collaborating with another team, but it's our funding that is paying for both our team and theirs. We have set up subaccounts with different email addresses, but need to assign different numbers to each. The purpose is to report at the end of the study. We cannot share the same number, nor can we have the same email address. However, it is a single credit card used by all. We need the ability, please, to be able to have or purchase two numbers so that each site can be differentiated for use, cost and stability of contact to the patients. Want to be able to send SMS from email or from within ClickSend using templated sms for both subaccounts.

If a user has to login to ClickSend via the browser to check what Alpha Tags are available, they may as well not use the app to send SMSes. I checked with ClickSend this morning via chat and there is no way currently to do this.

I would like to have different dedicated numbers per subaccount. I want it to be the default option and not allow other subaccounts to use that number.

Currently, all forwards to replies to texts come from a ClickSend number. This ends up going into one long text string. It would be nice to be able to select to forward from the Client's number instead of a ClickSend number.

An Alpha Tag has been set up using the browser version of ClickSend, but in the mobile App, I want to be able to use the same Alpha Tag to send SMS.

Hello please is possible limited the dedicate phone number with subaccount, example: sibaccount1 only have access to specific Template and Specific Dedicate number Example: when create template add option this template is for use: subacount1, subaccount2 etc Example: dedicate number: xxx yyy zzzz is for use subacount1, subaccount2 etc

i would like for to be possible to put character "å" "ä" "ö" in Alpha tags. Atleast locally in Sweden if it's not possible globally. I have tried a Swedish service where it works so it is possible. However, I like your overall service better but since our company name is Storängen, it really needs those characters available in the Alpa tag.

When we are developing something, I mostly prefer to keep the options open for the user. ** But depending on the development challenges, we can do: 1 - Have an option in the account online as Default Sender that will be enforced for when sending from CRM or other integratable apps 2 - If no Default is selected, the Ready to Use Options can show in dropdown in SMS Sending window on CRM and the user on CRM can choose a sender. Since some SMSes may require a cross communication between our end and the client/contact/lead
