Feature Requests

I would love to just click a single all contacts button. I find it cumbersome to select multiple contact list in Quick SMS and I often send to over 1000 contacts. So rather than multiple contact lists in Quick SMS or creating one big contact list for SMS Campaign, I would love to just click a single all contacts button and send to all, perhaps in SMS Campaign.

Customer reports that the First Name placeholder is not inserting names in group messages despite having a First Name column, causing manual entry and time loss. David has people in contact lists and wants to send to individual people and use the placeholders but it cannot be clicked.

I think you should be able to add job titles in your exports.

I am surprised that even though you have the option to create an SMS campaign that may include 100s if not 1000s of contacts to send a template SMS at once. There is no option to report on a campaign. ie the no of messages consumed in that campaign. The messages still scheduled to be sent from that campaign. Messages successfully delivered from that campaign. Messages that are hard bounced with exact reasons.

This request is to have the ability send an SMS to a subset of contacts in a list based on an attribute of the contact, e.g. only send a message to members of this list where the city field = Melbourne

The API call will allow the developer to select a specific list by ID and run a DELETE all. Currently, it seems the API needs to list a contact, then delete the contact - one at time. A purge list/Delete all would be helpful when you need to remove old data and replace it with fresh data on regular intervals. Thanks!

Would like to be able to see what list my failed messages are coming from.

I would love to be able to add someone into the contacts directly from a received or sent text message, and that the system recognize duplicated phone numbers and merges them as one. I received a text from someone and when i added them as a contact and i started communicating with them via the named contact messenger, it does not connect their old unnamed thread with their new named thread. That seems silly and it is also not helpful to have the 2 separate threads with the exact same phone number.

Populate the list of contacts that will be deleted prior to the actual deletion so it can be reviewed to ensure no one is inadvertently deleted.
