Feature Requests

Ability to send a campaign with a contact list based on the tags that have been applied to the contacts. The ability to tag contacts and use those to distinguish them in a sms campaign.

When exporting SMS Campaign History, if it would include all the columns that were imported and "column matched" when importing "contacts" that would be amazing. Currently i am having to manually compare the History export with the Contacts export. Such a pain that it didn't export the custom fields.

We want to use Clicksend with a mixture of our staff, and tailor the contact lists they can access depending on their role. For example, we only want HR sensitive contact lists (staff personal phone numbers etc) to be accessible by the HR officer(s). This is not possible currently, and a real negative. Please can it be developed!

It would be beneficial to be able to manage available contact lists on account for specific subaccount users. While still being able to restrict access to other contacts lists on the account.

I am surprised that even though you have the option to create an SMS campaign that may include 100s if not 1000s of contacts to send a template SMS at once. There is no option to report on a campaign. ie the no of messages consumed in that campaign. The messages still scheduled to be sent from that campaign. Messages successfully delivered from that campaign. Messages that are hard bounced with exact reasons.

We would like to segment out failed or bounced SMS contacts from our lists.

It would be great to be able to add a person to one contact list and when you do they are removed off another one. Automating that process would be great!

just asking if there is any update on my feature request - many months ago, it is very simple, when adding a new contact list Id like to be able to search from all numbers in the Dbase. Ie other lists. It is something we had in bulk sms but is incredibly annoying not to have here. Can you renew my request please. I dont believe this is a tough add on. I have often wanted to send out updates to a segment but couldnt as I didnt want to manually add contacts again. A drop down add from name search would be far easier
