Feature Requests

I would like the ability, and I would imagine that many others out there would like the ability to be able to sync contacts from their orgs M365 as we would. We use clicksend for internal messaging and not so much outside of our org really at all. Would be great to have it fine grained to make it so we could have a group called 'clicksend', for example, and only those in M365 that are assigned to that group would sync.

It's really important to my workflow that zapier initiated messages show up in the messenger view on the desktop site!

Currently messages automatically sent with zapier don't show up in the messenger ui, I'd really like those messages do show up in the messenger it would make the zapier automation so much more useful

Please add whatsapp integration to automate messages to be send when the transaction is completed

Customer has requested to Integrate with SuiteCRM so that when a certain instance is created i.e unable to contact a client the user selects attempted contact and their system sends email they also want to automate sending a text.. Comment or upvote to add your support.

I would like to be able to have a button click option to send a client an SMS directly from their invoice or contact page to give them servicing updates or invoices via sms for their vehicles. Also reminders for their upcoming appointments to help with our workflow scheduling or notices that their vehicles are ready for pickup. I noticed there is an integration already for the Zero accounting software, so I would really like to see the same for MYOB accounting software.

Currently there is only a native integration with Zoho CRM and NOT with Zoho Campaigns.
